2007-08 Program Highlights:

• The instrumental program has expanded to include both band and strings. The number of participating students has also increased.
• The annual choral and band festivals have improved! We’ve moved our performances to the Del Mar Fairgrounds (parents love this because there are no more parking issues).
• We have hired four highly competent music teachers for 2007-2008.
• We’ve had outstanding staff development this year. All our new hires attended the July 2007 Standards 101 workshop.
• We have integrated art and technology!
• We are still trying to figure out how to best deliver dance.
